CDI Overview
Next
What is CDI? Customer Data Integration (CDI) is the collection of processes, controls, automation and skills necessary to standardise and integrate customer data originating from different systems. This will provide a complete and comprehensive representation of information across multiple channels and divisions.

Traditionally systems have been integrated using point-to-point techniques. However, using CDI all systems are integrated with the CDI, which centrally controls the flow of customer data. As new systems are added, they are ‘plugged’ into the CDI. The CDI has centralised business rules, data cleansing and data dictionary.

CDI Experts: SAM7 are experienced in helping their customers implement a successful CDI. We have strong skills (using technologies such as Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft BizTalk) and combine these with our data quality and CRM expertise.
