The Journey: Originally we set out as Onyx approved partners. We soon had a comprehensive customer base and rapidly became Onyx’s UK partner of choice. Typically our CRM systems were less about traditional CRM processes such as sales, marketing and service, but focussed on more innovative uses of CRM software. To achieve this we adopted a very flexible approach – working closely with our customers and quickly reacting to their changing requirements.
When Microsoft entered the market with Microsoft Dynamics CRM it quickly became clear that this was an extremely flexible product that neatly fit our philosophy. Since working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM we have implemented a number of new solutions and have also helped a number of existing Microsoft Dynamics CRM customers get more from their existing system.
XRM Not Just CRM: Interestingly Microsoft has now begun referring to the product as XRM – where the X stands for anything, focusing on managing all relationships, not just customers. This term more accurately describes the kind of projects that we undertake.
