As experienced CRM consultants our founders spotted that there was an opportunity for a company that viewed CRM projects differently – one that was focused on building long term relationships with its Customers to provide on-going CRM help and support. This strategy saw SAM7 quickly became a trusted partner of Onyx in the UK, leading to a comprehensive Customer base spread evenly between new implementations and existing Customers. To start with this was predominantly in the private sector, but over the last few years we’ve grown into the public sector (OneServe). We’re proud to say that we still work with a large number of these Customers.
Because our roots are in Onyx – our team has worked with the product from the early ‘fat client’ days right through to the latest releases of Onyx Employee Portal (OEP). We’ve also worked with a number of companion products and features such as Onyx Process Server, Scripting, Email Accelerator, Cognos.
