Training: SAM7 can offer a variety of tailored CRM training courses for both Onyx CRM and Microsoft Dynamics CRM. These include:

  • Train the Trainer – We train key staff within your team. They then train your users.
  • User Training – We can setup and run a training course(s) for all of your users.
  • Administration Training – We can train key users on how the Onyx CRM or Microsoft CRM administration tools work. This will allow them to perform tasks such as adding new users, changing data entities and configuring screen layouts. This will allow you to perform the role of developing 'configured' enhancements.
  • Technical Training - We are experienced at providing both formal (class room based) and informal (mentoring) technical training on CRM, Data Quality and CDI.

Support: SAM7 typically provide telephone support for our customers. This enables our customers to call us if they experience any problems with their CRM system or need any advice on additional CRM modules.

To enable us to provide a high level of service we usually run an exact copy of a customer’s CRM system at our site. This allows us, at any time, to recreate any problems you are experiencing and quickly resolve them.

If any questions or issues you raise cannot be answered by SAM7, then we will escalate these to the relevant vendor. SAM7 will manage this process for you, liaising with the vendor to resolve any issues.
