CRM on the Move
As well as being able to exploit the power of Microsoft Dynamics CRM when you are in the office, several mechanisms are provided for accessing your CRM information ‘off-line’. These allow you to seamlessly work when you are on the road, working on a customer’s site or working from home.

The Mobile options are:

• Offine Access: Microsoft Dynamics CRM can be quickly taken off-line within your Microsoft Outlook. This will allow you to access your CRM records when working away from the office. When you get back to the office, Microsoft Dynamics CRM easily synchronises any offline changes you have made. Any entity or field changes made to the online version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM are instantly available in the offline version.
  
• Remote Access via VPN: Microsoft Dynamics CRM also has a browser based interface. This provides the same functionality as the version embedded within MS Outlook. This can be accessed remotely by VPN.
• Windows Mobile: Take your sales information with you on your PDA. Work with companies, contacts, leads and opportunities. Synchronise your information when you return to your office.
• Blackberry: Access your CRM records whilst you are away from the office using your Blackberry. This requires an add-in license. Please contact SAM7 for more information.
