Consona (Onyx) for Local Government: Built on the Onyx Employee Portal (OEP) platform, OneServe extends OEP’s functionality to specifically cater for local government. This primarily focuses around powerful customer service features to provide a single view of your citizens, lower response times, provide coordinated services and standardise your processes.
