What's the Point?: Often it’s easy to lose sight of why a project has been kicked off. It’s key to us that we fully understand our Customer's vision for the future of the system, their key business drivers for starting the project and the measurements that can use to track success. By collaboratively working on a Project Charter we're both signing up to the reasons for the project.
I Wants Do Get: IT specifications can often be difficult to read and complex to follow. We take a different approach. We look at who will be using the system and what they want it to do. This lets us build up a series of User Stories that describe how each person will interact with the system – using plain English. We prioritise these User Stories to make sure we’re delivering the best value system as rapidly as possible.
Working Together: Whilst we build your system from the User Stories, we’ll be in regular contact with the key business contacts and users. This lets us constantly adjust and react to feedback and changes – allowing us to build a tailor fit solution that we’ve all bought into.
