XRM – More Than Just CRM: We’ve always felt that the architecture of CRM software provided an excellent platform for more than just sales, service and marketing activities. A lot of business applications have functional requirements that CRM systems provide with ease – such as workflows, relationship management, activity tracking, resource planning, service level agreement compliance, third party portals and email integration. Although the majority of our systems have centred on relationship management – they’re frequently not traditional “CRM”.

The IT industry has recently adopted the term XRM – eXtensible Relationship Management – which describes exactly what we’ve always been doing! XRM is all about leveraging this flexible CRM toolkit to build eXtensible solutions – where the ‘X’ stands for practically any business process or contact.
