Master Your Data: Getting to grips with data is critical to the success of any CRM project. It’s all about providing a single, clean and consistent version of business information. Critical to this objective is having a clear Master Data Management (MDM) strategy. This defines what information will be held in the system, how it will be structured and who can access it. More importantly this also defines the life cycle and governance of the data – where is it created, which systems can update it, who owns it and how the data is destroyed.

Data Loading: No CRM is complete without its data. We’ve performed a wide range of data loads for Customers to allow them to either pre-populate a new system or refresh an existing system, using built in CRM tools, third party tools (such as Scribe) and bespoke applications.
