Over the past few years we have become adept at helping Customers migrate from older CRM’s to Microsoft Dynamics CRM. We’ve been in the CRM market for over a decade so really appreciate the journey that CRM has taken, helping us understand where a Customer has come from and where they want to get.
The first step is to always help Customers evaluate the benefits of migrating. It’s important to us that we only undertake a migration that is going to make a difference to a Customer.
Ready, Steady, Migrate: The first aspects of any migration are planning and defining the scope of the migration. What data need to be migrated? What processes need to be re-engineered? What are the pain points in the current CRM? What systems does the new CRM need to be integrated with? Will this be a phased or a big bang migration?A major element of any migration is the data. We work with our Customers to ensure that any data is expertly lifted from their current system and mapped to their new CRM. This can include exercises in data cleansing, de-duplication and re-profiling.
