  • Enabling contractors to submit quotations for larger pieces of work;
  • Ensuring that if approval is required for any work, it is electronically requested and recorded;
  • Asking the contractor to acknowledge the new work request via a Portal;
  • Tracking the progress of the work;
  • Allowing a building manager to sign off work and rate a contractor’s performance;
  • Providing contractors with a mechanism for detailing follow on work.
Service and Test: Keeping track of when a statutory test or some maintenance work was last performed on a building can be difficult. Our system makes this straightforward. As each task is completed the results are accurately recorded, remedial work instigated, certification collated and the next occurrence scheduled. Once again – all parties can see exactly what happened and can quickly access historic data.
