SAM7 was founded in 2001 by three friends (working in a loft) who had a vision that CRM wasn’t just about selling licenses, but was actually about making sure it worked for people.
Originally we focused on the CRM product Onyx – working closely with their UK team to deliver large scale systems. It soon became apparent that most of these systems weren’t ‘traditional’ CRM solutions, but instead were solving more unusual challenges.
In 2007 SAM7 adopted Microsoft Dynamics CRM (now Microsoft Dynamics 365) to better enable us to focus on these more unusual applications. It’s flexible framework fitted perfectly with our agile approach.
Recently, with users demanding more from enterprise IT, we’ve augmented these systems with custom Apps and Portals which give people quick and easy access to relevant and accurate information.
Oh – and we no longer make our Customers climb up into a loft.
